Introduction

After this, one side of the face was treated with topical PRP, while the other side received topical insulin. Two dermatologists evaluated the results using the Acne Scar Assessment Scale (ASAS).
Results
Before treatment, both sides of the face had similar ASAS scores. One month after completing the treatments, there was a significant improvement in scores for both sides. However, there was no significant difference between the two treatments (p = 0.794), indicating that both treatments were effective.
