Welcome to Ai Care Systems (“we,” “our,” or “the App”). We provide a cardio monitoring application designed to help you track and manage your heart health and related personal health data. Protecting your privacy is our top priority.

- Data We Collect
2.1 Health and Personal Data
The App enables you to enter or record health-related information, which may include:
Vital Signs and Cardiac Metrics: Heart rate, blood pressure, heart rate variability (HRV), electrocardiogram (ECG) readings, and other cardiovascular indicators
Symptoms and Health Notes: Your personal observations, episodes, and records
Medication Information: Schedules, dosages, and reminders
Other Health Metrics: Any additional data you choose to track (e.g., weight, oxygen saturation) that supports your cardiac health management
Important: All this data is created and stored exclusively on your device. We do not collect, access, or receive any copy of your health information.
2.2 Device Permissions
The App may request certain device permissions (e.g., camera for scanning, sensors for health metrics, Bluetooth for external cardiac monitors) to enable core functionality. These permissions are used solely for local operations on your device. No data accessed through these permissions is ever transmitted or stored outside your device.
2.3 No Account or Registration Required
The App does not require you to:
Create an account
Provide an email address
Submit any personal identification information
You can use the App completely anonymously.
- How We Use Your Data
Since all data is stored locally on your device, we do not process, analyze, or use your data outside the App itself. Your data is used solely to:
Display your cardiac and health metrics within the App
Generate charts, trends, and summaries for your personal review
Enable manual data export (see Section 4)
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, research, or any other purpose beyond providing you with the App’s core cardio monitoring functionality.
- Data Export – CSV to Healthcare Provider
The App includes a feature that allows you to manually export your health data as a CSV (Comma-Separated Values) file.
How This Works:
Initiated by You: The export is triggered by your explicit action—it never happens automatically
You Choose the Destination: You decide where to save or send the file (e.g., device storage, email, messaging apps)
We Have No Access: The export file is generated locally and transferred only at your direction
Intended Use: This feature is designed specifically for sharing your cardiac data with your healthcare provider (e.g., cardiologist, general practitioner)
Important: Once the CSV file leaves your device (e.g., sent via email or messaging), it becomes subject to the privacy practices of the communication method you choose. We strongly recommend using secure channels when sharing sensitive health data.
- Data Storage and Security
5.1 Local Storage Only
All your health data is stored exclusively in the App’s local storage on your device. We do not maintain any servers, databases, or cloud storage.
5.2 Device Security
Your data is protected by the security features of your device (e.g., screen lock, encryption). We strongly recommend enabling device-level security to protect your cardiac information.
5.3 No Automatic Backups
The App does not automatically back up your data to any external service. If you wish to back up your data, you may use the manual export feature described in Section 4.
- Data Sharing and Transfer
We do not share, sell, rent, or transfer your data to any third parties.
The only way data leaves your device is through the manual CSV export feature that you initiate. In such cases:
The data is not sent to us or any server
The transfer is performed by your device’s operating system (e.g., email, messaging, file sharing)
We assume no responsibility for the security of data once it has been exported by you
- Third-Party Services
The App does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. We do not use any third-party services that collect or process your data.
In-App Purchases: If the App uses Google Play Billing for purchases, transaction data is processed by Google and is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy. No health data is shared with Google or any other party as part of any transaction.
- Your Rights and Control
Because all your data is stored locally, you have complete control over it:

- Data Retention
Your data is retained on your device for as long as you keep the App installed. When you uninstall the App, all data associated with it is permanently removed from your device.
- Children’s Privacy
The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
- Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by the “Last Updated” date at the top of this policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
