  • No significant differences between ozone and room air exposures were found.
  • Salbutamol did not increase airway inflammation.

Conclusion

Our findings suggest that it is safe for individuals with EIB to use salbutamol during high ozone levels, as it helps improve lung function without causing additional harm.
