1. Introduction
Ai Care Systems (“we”, “our”, or “the App”) is a health monitoring application designed to help users track and manage their health data. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data when you use our App.
Our core privacy commitment:
- All your data stays on your device.
- No data is ever transferred, uploaded, or shared automatically.
- You are in full control of your information at all times.
2. Data We Collect
2.1 Health and Personal Data
The App allows you to automated and manually enter or record health-related information, which may include but is not limited to:
- Vital signs (e.g., blood pressure, heart rate, blood glucose, temperature)
- Symptoms and health notes
- Medication schedules and reminders
- Other health metrics you choose to track
This data is created and stored exclusively on your device. We do not collect, access, or receive any copy of this data.
2.2 Device Permissions
The App may request certain permissions to enable core functionality (e.g., camera for scanning, sensors for health metrics). These permissions are used only locally on your device. No data accessed through these permissions is ever transmitted or stored outside your device.
2.3 No Account or Registration
The App does not require you to create an account, provide an email address, or submit any personal identification information.
3. How We Use Data
Since all data is stored locally on your device, we do not process, analyse, or use your data in any way outside the App itself. The data you enter is used solely to:
- Display your health metrics within the App
- Generate charts and summaries for your personal review
- Allow you to export your data manually (see Section 4)
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any other purpose.
4. Data Export – CSV to Doctor Only
The App provides a feature that allows you to manually export your health data as a CSV (Comma-Separated Values) file.
- This export is initiated by you – it does not happen automatically.
- You choose the destination – you may save the file to your device, share it via email, or send it directly to your doctor using your device’s sharing options.
- We do not have access to the exported file – it is generated locally and transferred only at your explicit direction.
- The export feature is intended solely for sharing with your healthcare provider – we recommend using it only for that purpose.
Important: Once the CSV file leaves your device (e.g., sent as an email attachment), it is subject to the privacy practices of the communication method you choose. We recommend using secure channels when sharing health data.
5. Data Storage and Security
- Local Storage Only: All your health data is stored exclusively in the App’s local storage on your device. We do not maintain any servers, databases, or cloud storage.
- Device Security: Your data is protected by the security features of your device (e.g., screen lock, encryption). We recommend enabling device-level security to protect your information.
- No Automatic Backups: The App does not automatically back up your data to any external service. If you wish to back up your data, you may use the manual export feature.
6. Data Sharing and Transfer
We do not share, sell, rent, or transfer any of your data to third parties.
The only way data leaves your device is through the manual CSV export feature that you initiate. Even then:
- The data is not sent to us or any server.
- The transfer is performed by your device’s operating system (e.g., email, messaging, file sharing).
- We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the security of data once it has been exported by you.
7. Third-Party Services
The App does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. We do not use any third-party services that collect or process your data.
If the App uses Google Play Billing for purchases, transaction data is processed by Google and is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy. No health data is shared with Google or any other party as part of any transaction.
8. Your Rights and Control
Because all your data is stored locally, you have complete control over it:
- View: You can access all your data at any time within the App.
- Export: You can export your data as a CSV file at any time (see Section 4).
- Delete: You can delete all your data at any time by:
- Using any “Clear Data” or “Delete All” feature within the App (if available); or
- Uninstalling the App from your device, which will remove all locally stored data.
9. Data Retention
Your data is retained on your device for as long as you keep the App installed. When you uninstall the App, all data associated with it is removed from your device.
10. Children’s Privacy
The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by the “Last Updated” date at the top of this policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
